x_dazzler: (Music Sheet ~ Classical)

Since classes are starting up again tomorrow...

Have been buried in paperwork stuff every free moment today.

Which means you all get a last minute elective, if anyone wants something a little different for a change. ;) I talked to Ororo about it and she's good with people switching things around and the class hasn't been given a timeslot just yet so that we can work it out depending on the schedule of those interested.

History of Music
Exploring the social conditions & history behind the music

Right now the major modules are Rock and Roll in the US, Contemporary music in Japan and French Progressive Rock but I'll be looking for suggestions from whoever enrolls in the class for further modules as time goes by.

FYI - Since this is purely a history class, this isn't related to the Music classes, so no need to be able or to learn to play a musical instrument.

So, any takers? ;)

And I was just wondering what I could use to fill that hole in my third schedule. :) This looks awesome.

I am so -very- jealous of you right now, James Arthur.

That aside, I am, what is the phrase "so there?"? I am definitly enrolling for this class. Absolutly. Very much so.

File me under the "very jealous of your mutation" crowd as well. Of course, now I have the random funny mental image of multiple mes talking in multiple languages. Tower of Babel, anyone? ;-)

Cool. I'll take it.
